Years ago I grew increasingly aware of how anxiety affects our behaviors that are not representative of who we are. I studied mindfulness interventions that came from Positive Psychology and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. After personal practice and assistance to my clients in group and individual settings we experienced and witnessed decreased stress, improved self-regulation, and a quicker way to access joy, acceptance, and peace with ourselves and others.
